We’re seeking a Data Analyst, to support our endeavors in making it easier for people to access healthcare, using technology and analytics. The Data Analyst, will be responsible for:
Analyzing data to address a variety of interesting and challenging problems in healthcare
Conducting ad-hoc analyses including modeling, forecasting, and reporting and presenting findings to key stakeholders
Analysis using statistical tools, databases, Excel and Python / R
Demonstrating results of analyses using visualization tools (primarily Qlik)
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, introspective and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of an organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Such an individual can come from any discipline or background but demonstrates a passion and self-driven pursuit to describe the universe with data and statistics.
B.S. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or other quantitative discipline
Minimum 1-3 years of experience analyzing data in a professional or academic setting preferred
Understands basic statistical methods like regression, clustering, decision trees
Solid foundation in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and R
Experience with at least one programming language (C#, C++, Java, R, Python, SPSS, SAS)
Experience working with at least one visualization tool - QlikView or Tableau
