We are looking for a remarkable HR Data Analyst to join DSM Nutritional Products.
Location: Kaiseraugst in Switzerland or the Netherlands

As P&O Data Analyst you will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. Based in Kaiseraugst in Switzerland, or in the Netherlands the P&O Data Analyst identify, analyze, and interpret trends into complex data sets. You will report to the People & Organization Digital Analytics Leader.

The Position
The Key responsibilities in this position will be:

  • Own and develop key reports and metrics consumed by DNP community and lead the production of regular reports and maintenance of dashboards, using different technologies.
  • Review process and data issues and determine the best solution approach, using a combination of people training, transformation, process update, technology changes or new technologies.
  • Screen DNP HR processes to identify opportunities for improvements and automation.
  • Establish scalable and efficient process in the area of data analysis, leveraging new technology.
  • Build and maintain a viable key user network as part of the global and regional DNP HR organization.
  • Collaborate with HR Shared Services organization to ensure that key master data quality is maintained.
  • Perform data related activities and drive the evaluation of technical solution for assigned projects.
  • Perform project coordination / support activities in specific change initiatives and projects.

The Ideal

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, science, business or related areas.
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing Master data and Technology processes.
  • Reporting and analysis hands-on experience.
  • Ability to focus and organize in structured approach within a matrix organization.
  • Pro-Active and solution-oriented mindset .
  • Curiosity, openness and ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities in an agile way.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.

Technical Capabilities

  • Ability to analyze data in different format and structures and make data consumable for end users.
  • Basic knowledge of relational database.
  • Analytical Skills.
  • Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts, and presentation.
  • Ability to work with databases.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau or any other BI or statistical tool.
  • Project Coordination / management capabilities.
