Mission Health Partners in Asheville, NC invites you to use your SQL and healthcare analytics experience to make a difference directly to our community in Western North Carolina as our next Senior Data Analyst! We are ideally looking for a candidate with a payor and ACO healthcare background as well as a passion for SQL, and BI tools such as Power BI.
This position is preferably an on-site position, however, we are open to considering a remote work option.
Job Summary: The Senior Data Analyst for Mission Health Partners ('MHP') will collect data using financial, quality, and clinical knowledge and interpretation for public reporting initiatives, focus studies for quality improvement teams and regulatory review as needed. Responsibilities will also include development of dashboards and scorecards, with a high level of communication skills. The Senior Data Analyst will also lead the development of MHP integrated data systems and employ project-management principles in data-asset development and sustainment, including resource allocation, planning life cycle, monitoring scope, and managing risk.
Required Education: Master's Degree in health informatics, statistics, business or health related field with strong quantitative and analytical background
Required Experience: High level of competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access); 3 to 5 years relevant experience
