Accountabilities
Installation, configuration and upgrading of Databases and related products according to established best practices.
Locating a wide range of equipment related information via the Internet, CD-ROM's, brochures, client material etc.
Typical information includes operating and maintenance manuals, exploded diagrams, parts listings and equipment specifications.
- Converting electronic information from one format to another.
- Building hierarchy relationships from multiple systems.
- Analysing and processing information data sets i.e. Engineering systems.
- Locating technical data from drawings and documents.
- Building the more complex relationships between data and documents.
- Cleaning and validating data to ISO standards.
- Raising and solving technical queries.
- Provide technical support to Data Assemblers
Requirements
- SharePoint Admin - Compiling issues and send to sword including Numbering wizard
- CMMS but with experience as business analyst
- Business analyst type work
- Digitization
- Work process improvement - validate system errors human or architecture
- API - experience of engineering data in data warehouses
- Excel VBA
- Data scraping
- Building Power Bi dashboards - and designing - creating guides.
- Developing a plan for how to pull together different flows. - not necessarily doing it.
- Learn about systems, understand client process, what the system can do to help, getting the process digitized.
- Collaborate with business units
- Guide and deliver automation of data transfer to operations
