Local Unit & Position Description:
The resource will support the Regional Marketing Data Analyst in collecting, defining and filling data in the recurrent periodical Regional & Local Performance reports. The job will be mainly focused on Italy and in supporting the main countries of the region. The main goal is to evaluate the most performing Marcom GTM activities and channels to maximize conversion rates and ROI on Marcom GTM actions. The regional data-driven approach is aligned with the local plans and the global Processes & Tools.
The resource will be part of the Northern and Southern Europe Marcom team focused on defining and executing the local GTM plans, leveraging brand & External Communication, Social conversation, Digital Marketing and customer experience to generate and manage hot marketing qualified leads.

Activities
  • Supporting the regional marketing communication team in implementing the regional and global analytical approaches and methodologies to maximize the performance and leverage AOP plans accordingly.
  • The goal of the stage is collaborating with the Northern & Southern Europe Comm team to work on a consistent, standardized reporting procedure, as well as creating ad-hoc reports when needed.

In particular:

  • Collecting, filling and analyzing proper data in the Global and Region Performance reports (quarterly/monthly/biweekly) related to all Marketing & Comm activities/touch points.
  • Integrate data from different sources (off and online) and track digital performance as well.
  • Evaluation of Email marketing performance to reach benchmark indicators on open rate% and click rate%.
  • Support in tracking and monitoring the Marcom qualification lead process through the collection of data from external sources and internal CRM.
  • Support on Italian budget management (invoice coding and budget updates) in alignment with local Go to Market plans and global processes and templates.

Position Qualifications:
Requirements:
  • Degree courses in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Analytical, data modeling and Data Visualization attitude/skills
  • Passionate about data driven approach and digital marketing
  • Knowledge of data mining and analysis software (e.g Power BI) and Google analytics
  • Advanced knowledge of English and Italian (spoken and written)
  • Highly organized and focused to detail
