SPC Credit Union is currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. We believe analyzing our data is essential to our core business and future growth. This role will routinely interact with various departments and leaders throughout our organization. In less than 12 months as a Business Analyst, you will:

  • Apply your experience to deliver consistent service excellence in alignment with our Vision: Compassion. Connection. Community.
  • Analyze information and make recommendations based on best practices that are consistent with short/long term goals of our organization
  • Perform trend and correlation analysis, modeling, and what-if scenarios to assist in reaching strategic goals
  • Provide actionable data to organizational stakeholders
  • Become a data-mining expert on various datasets contained within our core-business data systems
  • Adhere to regulatory compliance with data management practices (FFIEC, PCI)

  • Three to five years of similar or related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or similar quantitative field
  • Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, IBM Query, R, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to understand business processes and how they relate to strategic growth
  • Highly effective analytical skills
