About the job

Ensure administration and first level user support for BNPP Group Risk Systems used in the operational risk management processes and reporting processes.

Your Main Activities Are

  • Ensure first level user support for BNPP Group Risk Systems

  • Manage and review of user access and jurisdictions

  • Management of applicative and reference data used in in BNPP Group Risk Systems.

Maintain the link and synchronise with the data originators

  • Distribute the applicative and reference data used in the BNPP Group Risk Systems according to the established processes.

  • Document and maintain the operational guidelines and procedures related to its activities

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Academic background in Banking, Finance, Economy or Management

  • At least two years of relevant experience in the Banking industry, Finance, Economy or Management area

  • General knowledge of RISK organisation and RISK Regulatory reporting process

  • Technical: Proficiency in Office suite tools (Excel, Access)

  • Fluent in English

  • Organisation capacity

  • Communication skills

  • Client and result oriented

  • Reporting and alerting capacity

  • Collaboration work skills
