As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in our Data Analytics & Reporting team, working closely with the Manager of Data Analytics & Reporting. You will be responsible for extracting and transforming data from diverse sources, collaborating with various stakeholders, and generating valuable insights for pharmaceutical manufacturers. Responsibilities
Empower Data Insights:
Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and other tools to extract data from multiple sources, including pharmacy systems, electronic health records, and claims data.
Create file exports that meet the specific requirements of pharmacy manufacturers and internal business teams.
Develop compelling reports and presentations to present insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis.
Collaborate And Innovate
Engage with stakeholders across departments, including finance, pharmacy operations, business development, and IT, to understand their reporting needs and develop tailored solutions.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and address data-related issues and challenges.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes and methodologies.
Data Integrity And Documentation
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by maintaining meticulous attention to detail throughout the data analysis process.
Create and update comprehensive documentation related to data sources and file exports.
Analytical Support
Provide analytical support to various teams within the organization, including finance, marketing, and business development, helping them make informed decisions based on data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Demonstrated expertise in SQL with a minimum of 5 years of experience working with large data sets.
Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the healthcare industry, with a focus on specialty pharmacy.
Strong proficiency in developing SSIS packages (3+ years).
Experience in creating file exports for pharmaceutical manufacturers will be considered a major plus.
