As a Data Scientist, within Sweden Operations in Södertälje, you’ll play a pivotal role in channelling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients’ lives. What you’ll do
The Analytics & Insights team is part of the Digital Business Transformation function within Sweden Operations. We operate in a highly cross-disciplinary environment in close collaboration with a broad variety of expert teams across the company globally. Our analytics projects and solutions span across the entire Sweden Operations value chain: e.g., Inbound, Warehousing, Weighing & Dispensing, Manufacturing (several factories with different products and technologies), Quality, and Outbound, as well as support functions such as Maintenance, Supply and Production Planning, etc.
As a Data Scientist, you will direct the application of sophisticated quantitative expertise in advanced mathematical disciplines to develop innovative data-science solutions. Success in this role requires the combination of domain knowledge and application of advanced modelling algorithms to generate business insights.
You will work in a collaborative environment in project teams that are close to the business, delivering solutions of high value. You will provide support to other Data Scientists and partnering groups to promote standard methodologies across multiple domains.

Essentials for the role
You have a Degree (or relevant work experience) in operations research mathematics, computer science, engineering or a related quantitative field. You’ll need experience using Python with multiple modern machine-learning methods including supervised learning (e.g. regression and classification), unsupervised learning (e.g., clustering and dimensionality reduction), and neural networks. You act with self-leadership and is someone who take initiatives. You’re a good communicator and are used to collaborate with partners who have a wide range of different competencies – including those with no programming experience. Needed is also your:
