We are seeking Data Scientists for three positions in rapidly growing startups and scaleups.
Role Description
In general, the Data Scientist for those companies will be responsible for tasks such as data analysis, data visualization, statistics, and utilizing data science techniques to drive insights and solutions. While the role is primarily based in Lisbon, there is flexibility for full remote work.
Responsibilities
Building statistical models from diverse data sources, using the best coding practices to generate reproducible work.
Conducting several researches/discoveries/analysis on theoretical concepts.
Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models.
Design experiments and develop A/B tests to evaluate machine learning models and/or product features.
Help growing Data Science skills across the company.
Keep up to date with the latest developments in AI.
Qualifications
- Data Analysis and Data Science skills
- Statistics and Data Analytics capabilities
- Data Visualization proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with machine learning algorithms
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
