We welcome passionate warriors and are currently looking for a Senir Data Analyst to play a crucial role in the comprehensive and complex analysis of data, detailed segmentations, customer profiling, and key insights to drive the business. Using Power BI as the primary reporting tool, you will work on performance optimization, interpreting behaviors and customer activity configurations to drive the company in its data-driven journey
What You’ll be Doing:
- Perform exhaustive analysis filtered by business vertical, providing detailed insights into the performance of each business area
- Analyze customer behavior, identifying trends, patterns, profiles, and opportunities for improvement
- Compare and analyze competitor data to gain strategic insights and business advantages
- Contribute to the preparation of forecasts based on historical data analysis and current trends, offering a predictive vision for business decision-making
- Participate in the planning, execution of tests, and documentation of BI-related processes, ensuring the quality and accuracy of information
What We Look for in the Ideal Candidate:
- 5 or more years of experience in similar roles
- Solid knowledge of mathematics, statistics, big data, analysis, and data forecasting
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL and/or DAX
- Proficiency in Python (desirable but not essential)
- Deep knowledge and managing of data analysis tools like PowerBI
- Familiarity with tools suh as Visual Studio and Knime is a big bonus
- Strong language and communication skills both in English and in Spanish
