Med-Ophthalmology - Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh - (22003842)


The Department of Ophthalmology at University of Pittsburgh is seeking candidates for a Data Scientist positions. Our lab develops algorithms to analyze the optical coherence tomography (OCT scans for the applications in the eye. Specific duties include: - Develop novel algorithm to extract information from the OCT scans. - Organize and maintain the OOT scan dataset. - Assist in experimental design and data acquisition for in vivo OCT imaging experiments. - Write manuscript to present the research findings and innovations. - Assist in grant application.


Bachelor's with 5-6 years of related work experience. Three years of OCT data analysis or relevant experience is preferred.
