- Shape the strategic product analytics framework through engagement with the business, aligning to commercial objectives and case studies that highlight value.
- Support Digital teams with their data, analysis and visualisation requirements that drive data led product development.
- Develop pro-active and innovative analysis and experimentation approaches which can be used as the foundation for incremental improvements in sales growth, cost reduction and experience enhancements ultimately driving product roadmaps through insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with Website / App Product and Digital implementation Teams to curate a data led framework that covers hypothesis, experimentation and learning to drive feature development.
- To support the Digital Analytics and Insight team in embedding and fostering best in class tools, systems and processes.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest news, innovations and trends in digital analytics, user experience and technology.
