As a software product analyst intern, you’ll be responsible for deriving data driven insights from the usage of the key software features to help the team understand the customer needs and create future roadmap.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will be collaborating with the Product Managers with the following key areas of responsibilities:
  • Work with Software Product teams to enable insights and data-driven decisions.
  • Leverage metrics to track progress on customer needs and ensures that product efforts move those metrics.
  • Identify the most important data to consider and sets KPIs and dashboards.
  • Translate analysis results into actionable product or business recommendations.
  • Support the development and the launch of key innovations.
  • Work with cross functional teams – product managers, engineers, product owners to understand and assess customer use cases.
Your Qualifications
  • Currently studying towards a Bachelor or Master's in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer science or Data Science.
  • Is proficient at pulling and accessing data from multiple sources and managing through data ambiguity.
  • Experienced with analytics tools like Amplitude, SAP Analytics is preferred.
  • “Out of the box” thinker and going the extra mile.
  • Passionate about deriving insights from the data.
  • Experience with SQL is preferred.
  • Excellent in English (oral and written).
  • Available for a period of 9 months.
  • This internship is not suitable for a thesis!

Notes
  • EU/EER students: In order to be considered for this internship, you need to be registered as a student during the entire internship period. Formal documentation of this may be requested at any time.
  • Non-EU students in Dutch Universities: You need to be registered as a student and your university needs to sign the Nuffic Agreement. The internship needs to be a compulsory part of your studies (receive ECTS in turn). In case of non-compulsory internship, you need to have a letter from the university in which it states that your internship contributes to your personal development, what your learning goals are and what tasks you will undertake during your internship. The letter has to be signed and stamped by your university.
  • Non-EU students in non-Dutch Universities: You need to be registered as a student and the internship should be a compulsory part of your studies. Also, you need to be able to get the official approval of your university for this internship (Nuffic agreement).
