Job Description
  • You are responsible for solving logistics business challenges using data - driven approaches with Bosch-Mobile-Solutions-wide impact.
  • You take responsibility for blending logistics process knowledge - especially in logistics planning and physical logistics - with data and methodology competence in data science and automation.
  • You are the main contact person for process experts at the business area Automotive Electronics, automotive logistics and Task Forces with respect to data analytics and -services solutions.
  • You develop system- and process concepts in automotive logistics jointly with partner business areas and central teams (e.g. RED Lake Infrastructure concept, Bosch-Mobile-Solutions-wide Use Case Roadmap).
  • You are responsible for the implementation, improvement and product ownership of developed solutions and processes and for the communication & training of product- and development results to stakeholders.
  • Your special responsibility is the creation of high-quality allocation forecasts within the Task Force Global Semiconductor organization.

  • Education: completed university degree (Master/Diploma/PhD) in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration/Computer Science/Engineering or a comparable subject
  • Personality and Working Practice: entrepreneurial mindset; strong communication and decision-making skills; fast-learner and target-oriented
  • Experience and Knowledge: very good knowledge of automotive planning processes and -data structures; good knowledge of relevant data sources, esp. BI4Logistics applications (SAP BW) and DALI; very proficient in data processing tools. Optimally knowledge in Python (esp. Pandas) and Jupyter; knowledge of Robert Bosch Enterprise Data Lake (RED LAKE) structures, Oracle SQL, Power BI / SAC, Knime, Physical Logistics and/or Operations Research & ML algorithms would be a plus
  • Languages: fluent English skills
