About The Role
Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As an
Investment Data Analyst in our Investment Operations & Performance team, you will contribute to the delivery and strategic sourcing of ART’s Investment data ensuring a high standard of development, implementation, integration, and quality assurance measures are met. The team adheres to best practice data quality standards and processes and aim to ensure ART’s Investment Data is fit for purpose, complete, accurate, timely, trusted, accessible, and meets or exceeds ART’s Investment Data stakeholder expectations.
Key Accountabilities Will Include
- Supporting and significantly contributing to ART’s Investment data stakeholder expectations
- Drive stakeholder relationship development and support expectation management
- Support daily operational data ingestion, transformation and delivery activities
- Produce structured and consistent documentation of stakeholder business requirements
- Contribute to maintaining business and technical meta data within data governance platforms

About You
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:
- A degree qualification in Data Science, Analytics, Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or significant commercial experience.
- Formal qualifications or experience in Superannuation / Investment / Financial Planning Industry.
- Experience working with validation, data accuracy and exceptions, and market and custodian data.
- Experience in the use of high-volume data manipulation and ETL (Extract Transform Load) (Excel, SQL, DB2, SSIS).
- Experience in task management and documentation processes and tooling (JIRA, Confluence).
- Experience with working with external data service providers eg. Rimes, Factset.
- Demonstrated ability to think laterally to devise solutions.
