As a Data Analyst in Claims Control you will be working with digital data to support the claims content management agenda. We are looking for an analyst who is highly motivated and has strong passion to solve business problems. It is imperative to leverage data and analysis to identify opportunities in order to enhance current claims content management process and systems/tools. You will collaborate with business partners and create Cost & Benefit Analysis to initiate critical projects.

Must-have qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of one year analytical work experience
  • Instead of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
  • Instead of a degree, a minimum of four years of analytical work experience

Preferred skills

  • Capability to work with big data
  • Strong technical and analytical skills. Proven abilities with SQL, plus SAS or R or Python
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to adapt to new situations and learn quickly


  • $53,800 - $71,700/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
