For our locations in Lausanne (preferably) or Geneva, we are looking for an experienced Data Scientist.

In this role
As a ML engineer, you will be part of a consultants’ team to deliver services, mandates and or projects dealing with artificial intelligence, Machine Learning issues in increasingly ambitious customer context. In your role you will be involved in:
• Realization of data science/ML/AI projects (data sources ingestion, data processing, Modeling, tests, deployments)
• Optimization and industrialization of machine learning and artificial intelligence models.
• Understanding customer needs in order to offer solutions in line with their expectations
• Project documentation (design, production, deployment, etc.),
• Managing the evolutions of the proposed solutions, and possibly ensure their maintenance.
• Technological monitoring and follow-up of the main market developments

About your profile
For this vacancy we expect a candidate with a master's degree of a university, university of applied sciences or technical college with at least two-years hands-on experience plus a significant internship.
• Strong skills in machine learning algorithms
• Knowledge in NLP and text classification and a good understanding of LLMs
• Knowledge in various programming languages (Python, PySpark, Scala…)
• Comfortable with CI/CD or MLOps concept
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure platform and/or AWS is a strong plus.
Other skills:
• Flexibility to travel around Switzerland
• Curious and willing to learn
• Speaking german is a strong plus
• Your strengths include an efficient style of working in a team, a distinct customer focus and very good communication skills.
