Data Analyst

The job

As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in making data accessible and understandable across the company. Your key responsibilities will include

• Developing and managing dashboards and analyses to support strategic business initiatives using PowerBI and Databricks
• Conducting exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and translating these into impactful solutions
• Contributing to cross-functional projects and initiatives within the Network team
• Ensuring data quality by working with data engineers to establish custom data quality rules and validations
• Leading projects and mentoring junior team members to foster continuous learning and improvement.

Who We’re Looking For

• You hold an MSc in mathematics, econometrics, statistics, data science, or a related field
• You have at least 5 years of experience in data analysis, with proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Databricks and PowerBI
• You possess strong analytical, strategic, and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex data effectively
• You excel in building relationships and working collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and knowledge in logistics, navigation, or fleet management is a plus

• Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are advantageous
