Experience of responding to and providing guidance on internal and external technical queries, acting as a point of escalation, to ensure compliance to service level agreement.
Experience of supporting the internal development teams, for example, data sets through close collaboration with other internal teams.
Experience of understanding and transposing technical requirements into comprehensive technical documents.
Previous experience in data modelling/management/analysis and / or knowledge of fundamentals of data modelling.
Postgraduate level degree or equivalent level of experience leading the delivery of operational services to customers

Proactively engage with Trusts and other data and information providers organisations to understand and document the way in which data is captured and stored locally. (AS-IS Data mapping)
Support the Data Liaison Manager with specific data liaison projects.
Monitor the data submitted by providers through existing reports or through development of new reports where necessary, checking that the data conforms to the agreed formats, and to support data quality improvement
Support the Data Liaison Managers to use business intelligence methodologies to optimise practices for capture and reporting of data, e.g high quality data capture
Support providers to improve the data submitted by sharing insights, guidance and best practice.
Develop sound working knowledge of NHS Provider information systems to inform detailed data discussions and optimise how the data is stored and reported.
Support the implementation and operation of national engagement events including User Groups and Webinars. Carry out relevant analytical work in support of the above.
Possess the ability to coordinate and manage a team of specialists to gather evidence/requirements, developing documentation for client delivery.
