Customer Data Analyst
In the role of Customer Data Analyst you analyze customer data and bring valuable insights into the customers’ behavior and preferences at different stages of the customer journey on a global scale.
You are responsible for the definition and roll-out of new customer data definitions, data structures & data governance models, in order to support strategic projects initiated
by the General Management Team.
By using CRM software you make recommendations on sales, marketing and customer service initiatives to create the most valuable and effective customer segments for both Bepco and TVH.
