Data Analyst
for our global team in Budapest.
The Role
The Data Analyst role involves a comprehensive review and analysis of strategic and tactical vendor data. This position requires performing detailed analysis on vendor performance and associated costs, overseeing operational delivery across thousands of vendors on a global level. Additionally, the role includes managing performance analysis for tier 2, 3, and 4 vendors, ensuring consistent and thorough evaluation processes. The role demands strong analytical skills, and familiarity with PowerBi, Tableau.
Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert in process analytics, using process mining tools to identify process variations, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and perform correlation analysis, turning the findings into valuable insights.
- Monitor performance of Vendors globally and provide frequent oversight and review to cite trends and opportunities.
- Review strategic and tactical vendor agreements and perform data analysis and mining on end-to-end process to manage performance reporting, governance protocol, and both operational and commercial review.
- Perform all analysis on vendor performance and relative cost for operational delivery across thousands of vendors in multiple geographies for multiple IT related services.
- Manage performance analysis for tier 2/3/4 vendors.
- Be proactive in identifying potential new analytical projects to extract knowledge from raw data and transform it into meaningful and impactful information.
- Design and implement data visualization dashboards and reports to communicate insights effectively.
- Identify improvements related to performance metrics.
- Acts as a change leader and drive transformation in collaboration with internal BU’s and Vendors.
- Develop and implement quality improvement and process changes to achieve greater efficiencies and workflows.
- Proactively identify potential enhancements to current processes and vendor management tactics.
- Benchmark and monitor processes as it pertains to services in-scope.
Requirements
- BSC degree in Business, Economics, IT or similar fields.
- 3 to 5 years' experience in similar roles.
- Brings personalized experiences to enhance delivery.
- Ability to formulate and deliver presentations to Sr. Executives.
- Supports an accountability and “own it” culture.
- Has operated as an innovation / change agent in the past.
- Creates creative solutions to difficult problems.
- Data and SLA commitment driven.
- Process and continuous improvement mindset.
- Proficient with Office tools and strong business solutions / ERP skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of business processes and internal controls.
- Prior experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBi, Tableau or similar platforms.
