We started to create a holistic Compliance Product Target Architecture. A significant aspect of this is enabling stakeholders to access and utilize harmonized data. This initiative is not just a technical endeavor; it is a transformative journey towards achieving data-driven decision-making that enhances compliance and governance within our organization.
To accomplish this, we are establishing end-to-end data architecture flows. This includes sourcing data, enriching, and transforming it, and making it readily available for product teams and end-users. Our goal is to empower them with the data they need for insightful reporting and effective steering of the bank’s operations.
