This position may be based remotely within the United States or at our site in Logan, Utah.

How will you make an impact?

The Data Analyst will support the organization by establishing robust order focused reporting mechanisms across our sites, ERP platforms, and data warehouses delivering comprehensive, actionable data reporting, and analysis for a global organization and leadership team. This will include managing push reports, driving proactive process and system improvements, and working cross functionally across multiple sites.

What will you do?

• Collaborate across regions and functional teams to provide order focused analytics that support critical business processes.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical technical and provide ongoing and ad-hoc reports.
• Streamline existing and introduce enhanced reporting and analysis solutions that leverage complex data sources derived from multiple internal systems.
• Develop and implement databases, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize organizational efficiency.
• Collaborating with system administrators and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and policies for data governance.

How will you get here?

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical or information technology (IT) field (finance, engineering, computer sciences, data management, or similar).
• Master’s degree in an analytical or information technology (IT) field is ideal.

Experience

• At least three (3) years of experience in a sales analyst, business intelligence, or other analytics role focused on gathering, reporting and interpreting key operational or financial performance indicators, ideally for life science products and services.
• Must have three (3) years of experience with ERP systems, data warehouses, and business intelligence tools (Cognos, etc)
• Technical expertise with data models, database design, data mining and segmentation techniques.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple facilities and reporting lines.

• Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically in a fast-paced work environment.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills, along with a track record of building alignment across multi-functional teams.
