About the Data team

As we are growing quickly, we are looking for a second Data Analyst to make PhantomBuster data-driven. This means that each important decision must be supported by data (strategy, product developments ...) as much as possible. Today, we are doing everything we can to develop our data tools and techniques to conduct more in-depth analyses and leverage these insights to grow.

Currently, the Data department has been shaped by our Data Analyst and in the near future, we intend to expand this team by hiring a Head of Data and a Data Engineer. The Data department is independent and works alongside every team in PhantomBuster.

Our data is mainly stored in AWS. We've finished setting up the necessary infrastructure to facilitate its operation and visualization. Today, we mainly use SQL to extract data and Python to rework it before analysis. Some other important tools that we use include Amplitude, Google Analytics, Hubspot (CRM), ChartMogul, and Integromat.

Your missions

  • Realize descriptive and exploratory analysis to identify interesting insights.
  • Build dashboards and reports to monitor our performance i.e. experiments, new features, customer support.
  • Manage studies to develop our customer knowledge i.e. segmentation, personas.
  • Work with internal teams and support them with data insights to make better decisions
  • Participate in the development of data culture within PhantomBuster i.e. communication, training, documentation.
  • Participate in the implementation of our data infrastructure and tools

You might be a fit if

  • 2-3 years of previous experience as a data analyst.
  • Bac+4/5 in one of the following domains: IT, statistics, data, engineering.
  • You speak fluent SQL and Python (Familiarity with other data languages: R, Scala etc. is a huge plus).
  • You are familiar with one of these data tools e.g. Tableau, Power BI, QlikView or Amplitude.
  • You strive to understand business challenges and how to solve them.
  • You have an aptitude for digesting and effectively communicating technical concepts across audiences of varying technical abilities.
  • You are a team player with a high level of integrity and are a true team player - you can remain flexible as we grow.
