Who we are looking for
You will be part of Poland Risk Reporting Services team supporting the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Business Risk Management (BRM) and Compliance divisions within State Street Corporation. The main goal of the role is to create and maintain non-financial risk reporting using Business Intelligence Tools.
The Risk Reporting Services team is a part of company-wide initiative helping Risk Managers in creating and adjusting risk profile by establishing more insightful reports and analyses. The team is focused on automation of current solutions together with standardization of processes to identify potential risks easier and mitigate them faster.
The role can be based out of Cracow or Gdansk and can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for
As Data Analyst you will
Lead and participate in various standardization and automation projects
Create new dashboards and reshape existing ones in BI Tools
Drive quality and process improvement initiatives
Coordinate processes currently in transition
Support key decision makers in developing vision for future growth of Risk Reporting Services Management Team

Education & Preferred Qualifications
1 year of professional experience in data analysis with BI Tools for Senior Associate position or 2+ years of professional experience for Officer position
Tableau skills are required (Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep)
Knowledge in other BI Tools e.g. Power BI would be an added plus
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluency in English
