Our Property management team look after £13bn of commercial property across our six UK offices. We work on behalf of fund managers, REITs, private equity groups and foreign investors helping to ensure their assets work harder, delivering higher returns and better performance. We are growing and over the last 12 months have added some of the best, most dynamic property managers around to our already first class team.

An opportunity has arisen within the Parks team for a Property Data Analyst to be based in the Wilton Centre Redcar to help us continue delivering the highest levels of satisfaction amongst tenants and clients alike. Working with the Parks management team keeping systems up to date, analysing data and supporting the reporting across the parks client portfolios.

Essential duties will include:

  • Maintain data quality and accurate records across the property management database.
  • Managing the end to end data change control process.
  • Interpreting lease and legal documents to update systems.
  • Variance analysis
  • Owning and pulling together management reports from a wide range of sources
  • Producing ad hoc analysis of lease and property data
  • Exception reporting and regular data audits
  • Working collaboratively with the facilities managers, building managers, client accountants, purchase ledger and treasury team
  • Be organised/have a methodical approach to their work
  • To attend team meetings.
  • Be presentable and client facing
  • Possess an ability and desire to exceed client’s expectations

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Experience in Data Analysis and in the control and accuracy of data.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel including pivot tables, charts, formulas and functions (vlookups, IF statements etc)
  • Knowledge of Property Management Systems (TRAMPS preferable)
  • You must be analytical, inquisitive, keen, numerate and accurate
  • An interest in properties and property management.
  • The ability to gain trust and respect from colleagues.
  • Able to prioritise and organise workload
  • Display integrity at all times
  • Desire to learn new systems & methods or working
  • Some knowledge of SQL, SSRS, Power BI would be a bonus
