They are also very data driven, with a large team focused on using insights and data to inform decision making that positively impacts the business and thus their customer base.

WHAT WILL YOU GET TO DO?

• Work with a diverse range of customer-centric and regulatory data, conducting deep-dive analysis
• Generate actionable insights and data-driven recommendations, presenting these to stakeholders to help drive strategic decision-making
• Help the business to understand their customer base, different backgrounds and how they can best be supported by the business
• Dig into financial data to understand pricing and payments in relation to customer demographics
• Become comfortable in data storytelling and visualisation, delivering insights and recommendations in a clear, relevant and action-oriented manner to senior members of the organisation
• Take ownership of the more complex projects, comfortable with ensuring right first time outputs on time
  

Your Skills And Experience

• Proven commercial experience using SQL for data analysis - essential
• Experience with Python for data manipulation and analysis - desirable
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively share insights with various stakeholders.
• Previous experience in delivering insights to drive business outcomes.
