About the Role
You will have an influential role in facilitating daily business and working with leadership to establish strategic and tactical priorities. You will deliver data analysis and insights using ad-hoc and business intelligence dashboards to measure, monitor and illustrate the health of the operational and financial performance. You will collaborate closely with all areas of the business, especially IT, finance, sales and marketing.
Providing data-driven commercial analysis to measure and monitor business performance within the testing prep business segment.
Developing and delivering ongoing performance reporting in partnership with Finance
Supporting the definition, development, and refinement of BI reports / dashboards for the most relevant and important key performance indicators
Executing ad hoc analysis in support of commercial effectiveness, new product development/launch, strategic planning, M&A due diligence, or other business priorities.
Driving an optimized data architecture and governance strategy for a variety of internal businesses working with IT and Product Analytics
Experience with utilization of data manipulation and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau is required
Experience conducting and evaluating business performance and insights using data driven analysis
Have a good understanding of Power BI, SQL Server, Domo, Python, or Knime, etc. to conduct and present analysis results
Have experience with data gathering, cleansing, and analysis of large volumes of order management, financial, and product data
