Senior Data Analyst

RM Recruit are working in partnership with a fantastic housing association who are on the lookout for a Data Analyst to join them for a period of 3 months on a flexible remote working arrangement.

The role is working closely with the Senior Business Partner to redefine the organisations Service Charge Apportionment Data. You will be an integral team member in delivering an accurate apportionment database that will enable service charges to be fully accounted for.

Duties Include

• Responsible for raising, managing and escalation where necessary of Risks, Actions, Issues & Decisions
• Coordinate daily tasks needed to achieve a complete and accurate service charge apportionment database, including arranging and holding meetings with key stakeholders
• Ensure that you work in an efficient and methodical manner
• Flag issues or risks as a result of the realignment activities and apportionment generation that might impact on value for money as early as possible
• Constantly review process and identify opportunities to refine and improve the process of capturing, maintaining and amending the hierarchy and apportionment databases.
• Ensure the robust maintenance of the realigned data insuring there is a clear rationale for group
• Feed into team updates and wider communications around the project across a diverse stakeholder group
• Work closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner Service Charges and other Finance team members and wider business stakeholders as needed in pursuit of an accurate, transparent and accountable service charge apportionment hierarchy.

As the ideal candidate, you will be part qualified or qualified by experience. You will possess strong analysis skills with the ability to manage your time effectively. You will be a proficient user of Microsoft Excel who can view/manage large datasets while ensuring data integrity. The ideal candidate will be passionate about all aspects of data analysis and management. You will possess excellent communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude working in a similar role. You will be available at short notice / immediately.
