Data/Research Analyst - 6 month Contract- 100% Remote - £20,000-£25,000 per annum
We are proud to be working with our client, on a large-scale project to hire up to 200+ Data Analysts to undertake the task of generating and labelling speech and text data, to assess and improve one of their voice products performance in everyday situations.
This project allows flexibility on hours, and to work from home. This opportunity could suit you if you are a student looking for work around studies, a recent graduate looking to gain experience with a corporate brand, a parent looking for work around childcare or if you are looking for full time work.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and generate high-quality annotated data, using guidelines provided, to meet KPIs, and using in-house tools and software.
- Report issues with tools and software as and when they occur.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and follow all applicable policies for handling confidential information.
Requirements
- An analytical mindset and approach
- Proficiency in English grammar and spelling (both written and verbal)
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, with good typing speed (> 40 wpm and >90% accuracy)
- Basic troubleshooting abilities.
- Educated to at least A level standard (or equivalent)
- Any experience in a Data, Research or Analytical capacity would be an advantage, although is not essential.
This is a 100% home-based/remote contract and is a full time PAYE contract position for an initial 6-month period with the possibility to extend (although this is not guaranteed).
Hours – 20-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
