  • Formulate HR strategies and align HR policies and programmes with Company objectives.
  • Review business systems and perform process analysis of existing and future HR systems or processes. Include process mapping and proposing new or improved process.
  • Assisting the HR team in the progression and moderation of operating policies, guidelines, and systems to encourage best practise within the company.
  • Develop reports perform complex data manipulation and aggregation of data from multiple data sources.
  • Work with partners and co-workers to translate findings into succinct and actionable business insights.
  • Employee data processing, inputting and extracting employee information to/from HRIS and preparation of manpower reports for management and MOM.
  • Refine performance management system and develop strategic approach to link reward to performance and to benchmark with industry practice.
  • Creating the appropriate user documentation and procedures.
  • Providing relevant production support, which includes researching and resolving problems.
  • Interface with IT department to coordinate requirements for new applications and systems
  • Provide project support and management of HR projects.
  • Support the growth and development of CRM initiatives across all channels.
  • Support continuous improvement of the cross-channel customer journey including maximising dynamic content, template development in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
  • Plan and deliver CRM strategies across the organisation, collaborate with various departments to ensure the efficiency of CRM strategies.
Requirements:
  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in HR Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science or related field.
  • Perform exploratory analysis and develop predictive models across large data sets
  • Good understanding of data mining techniques (linear/logical regression, etc).
  • 2-3 years of experience in applying HR analytical methods to business problems, HR Experience is preferred.
In-depth experience with Microsoft Excel is preferred.
Applicants with no experience but are IT savvy and keen in data analytics may also apply.
