As part of the Data Consulting group, you'll embark on exciting and sophisticated projects, working closely with both internal and external partners.
At our core, we specialize in designing and building tailored solutions that address unique scenarios for our clients. We extract data from diverse sources, such as Snowflake, SQLMI, client feeds/files, and more. Through transformation processes, we ensure the data meets requirements and deliver results that exceed expectations.
You will actively engage across Workplace Consulting, contributing to data quality improvement initiatives across multiple product lines like Health and Welfare, Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, and Stock Plan Services. While we're seeking an experienced Defined Benefits Analyst, there will also be opportunities for you to expand your knowledge and gain experience with other Workplace Investing products.
What You Bring
Proficient knowledge of SQL, allowing you to write efficient and optimized queries for handling large volumes of data.
Proficiency in ETL methods and tools, with a preference for Informatica and Snap Logic. Experience with cloud-based ETL tools like Azure Data Factory is a plus.
Familiarity with Fidelity's backend product tables, such as DBR1, WIDE, Snowflake, and more, is advantageous.
Strong command of Microsoft Office products.
Deep domain expertise in the WI Defined Benefit business.
Previous Experience In Benefits Outsourcing Or Consulting Roles.
A knack for finding unconventional solutions to complex problems.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfort and proficiency in working with data and databases.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
Collaboration and teamwork are second nature to you, as you enjoy working with others to tackle challenges.
