Your work-life opportunity:
Glovo (glovoapp.com) is looking for a passionate, proactive, data-driven and hands-on professional to support our Live Operations Strategy & Analytics department in our headquarters in Barcelona. You will be the reporting and analytical point of contact for our Live Operations department helping provide an excellent and efficient service.
Be a part of a team where you will:
Define and design dashboards to give visibility to the top-management of the LiveOperations performance
Build tools and dashboards to support real-time operations and the implementation of initiatives across regions and LiveOperations departments
Own creation and structure of LiveOperations KPIs, ensure they are properly implemented in the DDBB
Build analytical models and perform analysis to come up with insights to solve challenges of Glovo Operations
Understand the operations model in Glovo to provide reporting advice to the different teams
Give life to your craziest ideas and have an immediate impact
Report to the Head of Strategy & Analytics
Bachelor in Engineering, Maths or Physics
1 or 2 years of professional experience, consulting is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong analytical and coding skills: SQL and Excel proficiency (or extensive coding experience), and BI platforms experience (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI,…)
Comfortable working in a high growth and high performance start-up with a fast pace
Itchy feet and continuous thrive on learning through different projects
