Global Marketing Data Engineer Consultant

Marketing Data Engineer Consultant within a global Data & Platform Management team, supporting Integration needs with Marketing Automation Platforms, owning database architecture design, reporting development and performance evaluation of Campaign Selection Tools. Gather data & platform Integration requirements cross-region and cross-segment, analyze and define reporting and data ingestion needs, assist in developing appropriate solutions.

Develop expertise on available configuration and integration levers. Implement required changes to a set of critical marketing tools, to meet customer data quality and availability goals. Control and analyze integration processes, articulate recommendations to achieve better overall quality and improve reporting output.

Key Responsibilities

  • Database architecture, design or reporting product expertise and support for a set of critical Customer Data Management tools and Marketing Automation Platforms

  • Utilize existing hardware infrastructure to build database processing solutions to be used as self-service by marketing and business users to answer their frequent questions and inquiries

  • Analyze reporting and integration needs, identify gaps, formulate solutions, implement required configuration changes in back-end and front-end

  • Work with Marketing Product Owners to define and analyze problems, Consider the implications of business solutions to the current and future environment

  • Work with leadership to develop and administer reports on application and process usage. In collaboration with others, interpret data and develop recommendations based on findings

Essential Requirements:

  • Database Architecture Design and Data Analysis (SQL / PSQL / PLSQL), dynamic data analysis languages (MDX, DAX)

  • Product ownership or development experience with Marketing Automation platforms

  • Project / Program management – task oriented / self-organized

  • 8 to 10 years of proven experience in Data / Process Analytics, or Reporting Platforms Management

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience in global or remote Services/Business support type of environment

  • Marketing oriented acumen, Marketing Automation experience

  • Experience in CRM or Customer-related data management / analytics / process management / Marketing Automation Platforms
