  • Analyse complex data sets to extract actionable insights and provide valuable recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
  • Conduct impact analysis to understand the effectiveness of campaigns and the organisation’s impact on civil society
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports for tracking KPIs
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency through cleansing and validation Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, minimum of 1 year experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field is highly desirable
  • Highly proficient in Excel, SQL and visualisation software such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and modelling techniques
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm with hybrid working, 2 days office based, 3 days working from home. The role also affords the flexibility to work from either the Kings Hill head quarters or flagship central London offices.
