This is a brilliant opportunity for a driven Data Analyst to join a global product compliance and consulting company that operates within the food industry. They've been operational for almost 15 years and are located in central London. This is a great chance to gain essential expertise and growth with a global brand within product compliance.
They are seeking a Data Anaylst to join their Project Management Office to support the Senior PMO Coordinator and PMO Team Lead. You'll use a wide range of CRM systems and software packages to transfer, input and interpret data.
Your goal in this role is to deliver data admin activities on internal and external systems to ensure all objectives are completed in an effective and timely fashion.
The ideal candidate will be competent in working with various CRM systems and be proficient with the Microsoft suite of programs including SharePoint and reporting tools. Experience with Power BI to interpret data is essential.
Responsibilities:
Support PMO with data entry using various software packages and CRM systems.
Identify potential improvements within the systems used and raise them with the Senior PMO Coordinator and PMO Team Lead.
Ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively meeting all the requirements of internal teams.
Liaise with other team members to support their improvements and help manage new reports or processes as required.
This role is mostly remote but may require you to go to the London office on occasion. This is an initial 3-6-month contract with the look to extend beyond. (Around £15 per hour). To start ASAP!
