Senior Data Analyst – Product (CX)

Product Analytics is part of a wider Analytics team. With 60+ analysts and engineers, we are continuing to grow, and would love to hear from you. -

Product Analytics supports insight driven decisions across Sports, Gaming, Registration and Player sustainability areas. We analyse clickstream and transactional data, survey, and customer contact data, and run AB experiments, all of which empowers us to create an informed view of customer journeys and interaction with our products and its performance. -

What you will do:

  • Work closely with the Customer Experience (CX) team who are Kindred's ears, listening to what our customers say about our brands and products. They aim to understand customer satisfaction drivers and improve areas most important to our customers.
  • Developing new dashboards that combine survey responses with data points from transactional, CRM, account management, customer support and clickstream journeys.
  • Managing and improving the suite of dashboards already in operation across the business, hosted on an R Connect server via the R Shiny application.
  • Enhance the CX data through data modelling and cohort analysis to enable easier analysis and democratization of the data across the wider team.
  • Derive insight and recommendations to specific business questions, helping define KPI's both at a team and company level.
  • Be part of the R Power Users group within Analytics who are constantly on the lookout for new and exciting developments within R and improving Kindred's capabilities.

What We Are Looking For

  • An experienced and passionate R coder who enjoys finding new packages and techniques to create new and improve existing solutions to business questions.
  • Comfortable working closely with stakeholders to capture requirements but also challenge and shape requests to guarantee the best outcome.
  • Someone who knows that a picture is worth a thousand words by employing effective visualisation techniques.
  • The ability to manipulate millions of rows of data across 100's of datasets in the most efficient way.
  • Someone who can own the full CX data process in R from API connections through to putting the data in front of stakeholders.

It will be of great benefit if you also have:

  • Strong SQL coding experience.
  • Experience of R Shiny and Highcharts.
  • Experience using HTML.
  • Knowledge of survey data including NPS, CSAT and free text analysis.
