Effectively communicate actionable insights from a vast quantity and wide variety of data.
Cover a broad spectrum of activities including data quality and management, mathematical and statistical methods for data modeling, and techniques for visualizing data.
Develop algorithms for predicting behavior and providing preventative care (specifically related to the risk for residential treatment in a behavioral healthcare setting, among other algorithmic predictions), and tests and validates predictive models.
Strategizes new uses for data and its interaction with data design.
Applies an in-depth understanding of advanced mathematical concepts, operations and statistics to solve new and complex problems and develop innovative strategies. ;
Develops reports for management on the overall performance of business segments and develops metrics to measure various characteristics of the business.
Works effectively in multifunctional teams.;
Qualifications / Education/ Experience:
At least five to ten (5 - 10) years of overall experience.;
A strong candidate will have excellent SQL or SAS programming skills.;
Experience with Tableau dashboarding is a plus.
Prefer minimum of three (3) years of data/reporting in the health care industry.
Require previous experience working in data mining.
Demonstrated skills with at least one reporting application such as; SAS, Crystal Reports, MS Access and SQL.
Master of Science in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar required.

Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to bridge the gap between data science and business management.
Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to relate them to the local plan.
Possesses working knowledge of statistics, programming and predictive modeling.
