What You'll Do
- Gather and analyze data using statistical techniques and advanced analytics tools
- Develop and implement data analytics solutions to support business needs
- Identify trends, patterns, and relationships in complex data sets
- Collaborate with customers and executive leadership to prioritize business and information needs
- Create solutions to manage data interpretation and relationship identification across multiple sources
What You Need To Succeed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 2-3 years of technical experience with data models, database design development, and data mining
- Solid knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Oracle BI, and Power BI
- Proficiency in programming languages like R and Python
- Familiarity with statistics and statistical packages for data analysis
- Strong research skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in queries, report writing, and presenting findings
- Understanding of machine learning, data mining, and algorithmic program development
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems like Blue Yonder
