Role - Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer Permanent Location - Paddington / Remote working (1 day per week on site) Salary - £60,000 - £75,000. Responsibilities: Lead data science production for a health platform, including app, analytics engine, and dashboard Develop Python code for AI/ML models, data pipelines, and feature extraction Define data science requirements and communicate them effectively Analyze and validate product using retrospective and prospective data Provide data science expertise and troubleshooting support Collaborate with research partners and cross-functional teams Develop algorithms meeting quality, security, and regulatory standards Communicate findings through data visualization and public communication Experience and Expertise: 3+ years of commercial data science experience Proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning libraries Exposure to user and regulatory-focused environments Production experience in data analysis and ML lifecycle University degree or equivalent Approach: Passionate about developing products for individuals with neurodegenerative conditions Experience in developing algorithms for medical devices Manage sensitive data and participate in agile development Focus on high-performance algorithms and exceptional user experience Agile problem solver with strong communication skills.
