Using both qualitative and quantative research methodologies you will be an integral part of supporting the product development and marketing teams in researching and delivering customer insights and trends to help shape the educational services and content that support and inspire teachers and students alike.
Applying your skills in data analysis, pattern identification and visualization, you will impact on how the business operates by supporting the efficiencies within the customer experience throughout the customer journey and drive completion of the single customer vision, supporting lead generation, marketing automation, AI and machine learning activities.
