What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with the escalation team to identify and resolve data quality issues
• Participate in Tier 1 and Tier 2 incidents related to data issues
• Build and maintain anomaly detection and quality control systems
• Develop and manage Power BI reports and dashboards for transaction processing
• Contribute to the strategy for new data pipelines and data engineering approaches
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst
• Proven expertise in solving technical problems using SQL
• Strong experience with Python (pandas, sklearn, numpy, matplotlib)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Background in First Party, Third Party, or Workers' Comp Claims Insurance is advantageous
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or Data Science preferred
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake is a plus
• Familiarity with Smart Advisor or Decision Point is a plus
