Data Analyst - Dashboard Master

Job description

BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions is looking for an experienced Data Analyst - Dashboard Master who will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing key data related to process performance across the organization. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering valuable insights to support business decision-making, as well as preparing advanced dashboards for the Value Stream Manager, enabling effective process management and progress monitoring throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collecting and analyzing data related to process performance across the organization.
  • Creating advanced and clear dashboards that assist the Value Stream Manager in monitoring key metrics and making informed decisions.
  • Optimizing the reporting model in the organization, ensuring that data is up-to-date, accurate, and tailored to the needs of various stakeholders.
  • Presenting monthly performance summaries during Board meetings, providing key analyses and insights to support strategic planning and progress tracking.

Our Requirements

  • Experience in data analysis and creating advanced dashboards (e.g., in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to collect, process, and analyze large datasets (including unstructured data) and present findings in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Expertise in optimizing reporting processes, with a focus on precision and efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions and recommend actions based on data.
  • Excellent communication skills, including experience in presenting results and reports at the executive level.
  • Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken).
  • Availability to work from our Warsaw office in a hybrid model.
