Our Offering

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Business & Data Analyst. This role requires regular work at both our Hereford and Birmingham offices, as well as frequent travel within the UK and the CEMEA (Central Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region. As such, a full UK driving license is essential.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Perform in-depth analysis of extensive data sets to derive actionable insights.
  • Utilise advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Analyse patterns and trends in data using statistical and mathematical methodologies.
  • Apply commercial, financial, and business acumen for data interpretation and strategy development.
  • Provide executive summaries and presentations tailored to various organisational levels.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the international sales landscape.
  • Collaborate across functions to support data extraction, handling, updating, and interpretation.
  • Assist European divisions with local sales service, pricing, and analytical tasks.
  • Enable customer service and sales teams by addressing customer inquiries effectively.
  • Offer technical support to internal staff for software applications such as Business Warehouse, MS Excel, SAP, Business Objects, and SOCO on an as-needed basis.

Your Qualifications

Essential: Data analysis, pricing experience, Microsoft Office, advanced Excel/database skills, Power BI or equivalent, Full UK driving license.

Preferred: Contract management, customer-facing experience, CRM tools (Salesforce), SAP

Skills: Highly numerate, commercial acumen, strong reporting & presentation skills, effective communication at all levels, collaborative attitude
