We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst specializing in Accounting to join our dynamic Global Business Service department and contribute to our Revenue Integration team based in Buffalo, New York. As a key player impacting our company's revenue, this position requires experience in revenue accounting and mapping, proficiency in various software applications (Alteryx, Blackline, Bitbucket, Peoplesoft, etc.), and exceptional attention to detail. The role offers high visibility throughout the organization and can be performed remotely with occasional travel. Ideally, our candidate will be based in Buffalo, NY, working within a hybrid model.
Pay Range
Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Salary: $55,400 - $73,400 per year
Note: The advertised pay range reflects our initial estimation for this position. In special circumstances, where a candidate possesses exceptional education, training, or experience, exceeding the job requirements, we may consider a higher salary.

Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely automated revenue entries into the general ledger on a daily basis.
Independently work and collaborate with operating units to address exceptions/edits in revenue mapping.
Contribute to the rollout of Revenue Integration automated processes across all business units, including creating new revenue mappings.
Trace transactions from point-of-sale to the general ledger to troubleshoot variances.
Apply governance policies for effective automation and standardized practices.
Escalate material variances and communicate with teams to correct deficiencies within the Revenue Integration process.
Ensure successful daily uploads of Credit Card Gateways, resolving exceptions promptly.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or associate degree in a business-related curriculum, coupled with relevant prior experience.
2 to 4 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Systems, Data Science, or Accounting Information Systems.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, EXCEL, and PeopleSoft Financials or similar ERP software.
Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments and throughout the business.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
