This position, part of the India Global Sales Operations team which supports various teams globally
What you’ll do:
This job is data analysis driven. The position is responsible for creating/crafting Historical Account Sales reports; pulling all customer purchase history from various Adobe licensing systems, analyzing the data, and reconciling/balancing purchased licenses, upgrades, and maintenance coverage
Present sales data in an easy to comprehend format
Plans and implements projects that support the sales organization. Assists sales organization in providing technical and administrative product information
Works with market research team to ensure market analysis data is used for quoting customer prices
Prepares the distribution of accounts to the Sales Representatives and updates the automated tracking system, such as CRM
Coordinates with Sales Representatives to provide sales documentation and satisfy customer requirements
What you need to succeed:
Strong written and verbal communications skills Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, IT/Technology.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven exceptional customer and relationship management and leadership skills
3-5 years of work experience in performing data analysis
Knowledge of MS Excel is crucial
Strong analytical skills
The ideal candidate should demonstrate effective English communication skills, in both written and oral form
The candidate should be able to work both as an individual contributor and a phenomenal teammate!
The position requires the ability to multi-task and be detail oriented
Accuracy is crucial for this position as the team provides very meaningful, detailed data for our largest customers
Bachelor’s Degree in any subject area. MBAs preferred
