The Customer Analysis Team is looking for an experienced analyst to join the Global Marketing Department at H&M Headquarters in Central Stockholm. We are a team of talented analysts developing creative analytical solutions for a wide range of digital and physical marketing channels across H&M’s global network. We work on applying statistical testing to a wide spectrum of business analytical problems.

As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will primarily apply A/B and multivariate hypothesis testing to generate analyses that will support actions and strategies related to campaigns and sales activities for different marketing channels.

Job Description

In your role, you will:

  • Be responsible for our tests and analyses to support strategic decisions within the organization
  • Oversee test processes from planning to communication of results
  • Conduct statistical analyses, in for example SAS, and build reports in PowerBI
  • Present test results to different stakeholders within Marketing (e.g. Facebook, Push, Store)
  • Contribute ideas for future tests, refining methodologies
  • Measure the value of our marketing programs
  • Perform other types of ad hoc analyses regarding our customer base that arise within the organization

Qualifications

We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst who is independent, creative and result oriented. Test results are presented to many different stakeholders; hence it is important that you can cooperate with other business functions and present complex information in a simple and concise manner.

We believe that you:

  • Have 1-3 years of relevant work experience (AB testing, data analysis, data science, marketing etc.)
  • Have worked with AB testing/ hypothesis testing/RCT and have an interest in modelling
  • Have relevant higher education, including good statistical knowledge
  • Have experience working with a statistical program such as SAS, STATA, R, Python or SQL
  • Have experience in working with data visualization tools e.g. Power BI, Tableau
  • Are analytical and able to work in a structured way
  • Have a creative mindset since you will develop ideas for future tests

Additional Information

This is a permanent full-time position based at our head office in Stockholm with the start 1 April 2021. You will report to the Group Manager for Customer Analysis Marketing, Deniz Minican.
