We are seeking a talented and dynamic HR Report Writer and Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in collecting, organizing, interpreting, and summarizing human resource data to provide actionable insights that will assist our HR department in making informed decisions, formulating policies, and executing effective workforce planning strategies. You will be responsible for generating regular reports, identifying data patterns and trends, and providing project support on various HR initiatives.
Responsibilities
Support reporting needs across all HR functions, including configuring new reports, troubleshooting existing reports, and offering advice on potential reporting solutions within the Workday platform.
Participate in the entire HR data lifecycle, including data extraction from multiple sources, data cleaning, merging and formula entry, and creating metrics and analytics based on past and future trends.
Utilize data visualization techniques, such as charts and graphs, as well as advanced statistical analyses like regression, correlation, and ANOVA to present information in a clear and visually engaging manner.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders, utilizing data, metrics, and analytics to provide valuable recommendations and feedback on HR policies and initiatives.
Provide ongoing support for HR projects and initiatives, including schedule planning, task tracking, and communication with team members or key stakeholders.
Engage in meetings with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and generate data-driven solutions.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, MIS, or a related field.
Master's degree in industrial/organizational psychology is preferred.
Three (3) or more years of experience in collecting, organizing, interpreting, and presenting simple and advanced analyses.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Excel Pivot Table.
Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and HRIS data and systems is a plus.
Minimum of one (1) year experience with Workday Report Writing, including Composite Reports, Dashboard Creation, and Prism Use Cases.
