Freelance Data Analyst - Trading (m/f/d)

PROJECT SCOPE:

• Conceptualization: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the Head of Intraday Trading and Head of Product, to define the KPI framework and analytical model for evaluating the Intraday Trading Team.
• Planning and Project Management: Develop and maintain a detailed project plan that outlines timelines, milestones, and required resources. Take full ownership of the project, ensuring its successful execution from inception to completion.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Evaluate the quality and performance of trades and traders using complex market data comparisons. Compare company trades to benchmark trades to identify areas for improvement.
• Implementation: Translate insights and KPIs into actionable strategies and integrate them into existing trading systems.
• Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate key findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Documentation: Keep meticulous records of the project plan, KPIs, analytical methods, and findings for internal review and future reference.
• Ongoing Updates: Report to the Head of Engineering on a regular basis, ensuring that the project aligns with broader engineering and data infrastructure initiatives.
• Weekly Check-ins: Participate in weekly 1–2-hour meetings with the Head of Intraday Trading and Head of Product to provide updates and receive guidance.

YOUR PROFILE:

• 6+ years of professional experience in data analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Data Analysis, Data Analytics, Python or C#. SQL and Redis are a plus.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to work independently.
• Non-technical stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
